1994 was an exceptionally important year for Neva Cosmetics. NEVACOLOR, the first local hair color in Turkiye was launched in 1994 under the management of Teoman Okay who put all the experience he had for 40 years into practice in Wella Turkiye after an exhaustive research and development process for 5 years.
Neva Cosmetics, setting out 18 years ago in a production and storage facility of 750 square meters now has the rightous confidence of the consumer and an important share in the cosmetics market with its production and storage facility of 5.000 square meters as of 2009, its experienced technical staff, modern production methods including full automation production, with its filling and quality control equipment and particularly with its research and development projects realised with large budgets.
NFX NEVAFORM XTREME Hair Styling Series, NEVABLOND Compact Bleaching Powder, NEVACARE NUTRITIVE Hair Care Series and Exitenn Professional Permanent Hair Color Cream were launched in 2008. Those high quality products, coupled with the satisfaction of the consumer have gained a rapid sales impetus.

OKAY Cosmetics conducts storing, marketing and distribution services with the principle of fast and proper service based on interactive, constantly developing and transforming IT infrastructure and electronic monitor and control system taking the customer satisfaction into consideration.
The improvements in the technological infrastructure and production of Neva Cosmetics has also been reflected on the management understanding of the company with Teoman Okay taking office as the honorary chairman of Neva Cosmetics and Okay Cosmetics as of 2008 and with Armağan Okay as the chairman of the executive board of both companies.
